What is Brave Browser? | ESBC
Brave is a free and open source web browser developed by Brave Software Inc. Based on the Chromium web browser. The browser blocks ads and website trackers. In a future version of the browser, the company has proposed adopting a pay to surf business model. Giving users BAT (Basic Attention Tokens) for viewing advertisements that can be tipped to creators or converted into another cryptocurrency.

Personally I think it is an excellent browser (Very fast, secure and connected to the crypto world).
It is not news that giants like Google or Facebook use our daily traffic to obtain a great individual benefit (Multiple advertisements), use our cookies to know what we are interested in and sell this information to companies that request it or in more extreme cases some type of script (This is not right as we should be treated as a human not as a product Brave comes to give the solution to this problem).
History
Brave was founded on May 28, 2015, by CEO Brendan Eich and CTO Brian Bondy. On January 20, 2016, Brave Software launched the first version of Brave with an ad blocking feature, and announced plans for a privacy ad feature and a revenue sharing program.
- Brendan Eich is one of the creators of Javascript and was also the shortest CEO of the Mozilla foundation after being less than ten days in office.
Advantages of choosing Brave
- Load pages much faster than other browsers (2 times more faster in browsers and more than 8 in mobile).
- Is a secure browser (You can block cookies, scripts, third parties, ads or crawlers and allow encrypted connections).

And much more I think that the browser is quite young and good things will come in the near future (Even so it is better than most of the most popular browsers).
Basic Attention Token (BAT)
Is a token registered in the blockchain of Ethereum under the specifications of the ERC20 standard, the BAT is designed to be a tool that allows the exchange of value between a network of users, content creators and advertisers; without the need to depend on intermediaries that extract the largest percentage of the value generated by said network.
Brave Browser has been something that really serves us offers too many facilities for which really (BAT) is one of the best options to have in our portfolio.
Something quite interesting is that Brave is having an exponential growth (Every time we see more creators of content) Brave Verified Publisher which gives us an idea of adoption.
